Robin joined Spencer Stuart as an executive search consultant.
Prior to founding Bambü, a healthcare advising and design firm, Robin served as chief innovation officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In this role, she was accountable for introducing the science of innovation, applying it to corporate initiatives and preparing the organization to compete in the future. She was responsible for the design and programming of a state-of-the-art, customer focused innovation lab.
At Kaiser Permanente, Robin served in several executive positions to develop, implement and manage strategic priorities to improve quality standards and care protocols as well as maximize growth opportunities.
Robin holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. She is a board member of American Telehealth Association and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. She is also an author of KISS YOUR DRAGONS: Radical Relationships, Bold Heartsets & Changing the World. Robin founded and hosts THE PINK COUCH, a multi-media platform addressing issues impacting women, underserved and unrepresented communities.
